505 Church is one of the newest additions to the Nashville Skyline. Commercial Installation, LLC installed the commercial doors and hardware on all 45 floors. When completed in 2018, it was the tallest building in Nashville and the largest project completed by Commercial Installation, LLC to date.
Working on this unique development or the City of Clarksville in 2018 was a great project for Commercial Installation, LLC. A centrally located park which also doubles as a skating rink in the Winter was an opportunity for us to furnish and install the storefront systems, door and hardware and other accessories.
Station 19 is a newly constructed 10,000+ square foot building located in Nashville, Tennessee. Commercial Installation, LLC, LLC was contracted to furnish and install commercial windows, aluminum storefront, glass (including Keralite and Solarban glass), and overhead doors. This project was completed in December 2015.
The Ford Ice Center is part of The Global Mall at the Crossings, the former site of Hickory Hollow Mall in Antioch (Nashville), Tennessee. The development was part of a mixed-use complex that included an expanded branch library, a new regional community center and park.
With two ice rinks, The Ford Ice Center serves as the Predators’ practice facility and houses the team’s youth hockey initiatives. Commercial Installation, LLC, LLC provided installation services for the doors, hardware, lockers, toilet partitions, and washroom accessories throughout the building. The project was completed in November 2014.
The Element at Music Row is a 19-story luxury apartment building located in Midtown Nashville, Tennessee and near popular shopping, dining, and entertainment. The studio, one bedroom, two bedroom, three bedroom, and penthouse style units have breathtaking views of downtown Nashville and Vanderbilt University. Commercial Installation, LLC, LLC was contracted to install the pre-hung door units, door hardware, and wall protection in the building. This project was completed in May 2016.
